📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination and execution of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
• Work with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to track and manage shipments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Perform regular inventory checks and updates to maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and waybills.
• Support the logistics team in resolving any issues related to shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your logistics skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced industry like life sciences.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
