You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of civil and steel structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with local and national construction codes and standards.
• Train and supervise a team of construction workers.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all workers on-site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project supervision, with a focus on civil and steel structures.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction management software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
