📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality.
  • Develop and implement menu plans.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Control food costs and inventory.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team performance.
  • Represent the company at culinary events and functions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software.
  • Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
