📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage and mentor a team of chefs, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of patients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a healthcare setting.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for food service in healthcare facilities.
