📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in purchasing operations, including order processing and vendor coordination
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP and Excel
• Support the purchasing team in negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
