📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs using the PMS (Property Management System).
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the lobby and guest areas.
• Assist with group bookings and special events, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your hospitality skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest relations role in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using PMS (Property Management System).
