📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of e-commerce projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Support project managers and team leads in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends in the e-commerce sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Use project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate with team members.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant project management certifications is a plus.
