📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage detailed 3D models of plumbing systems using industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other MEP specialists to integrate plumbing designs into the overall building project.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate construction of plumbing systems.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts between different MEP systems.
• Generate and manage documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure project goals are met.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on plumbing systems.
