📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.,Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including images, videos, and copy.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and engagement.,Report on social media performance to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.,Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies.,Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
