📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within the company.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment staff.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
