📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes for semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom environments.,Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Identify and resolve quality issues to maintain high standards of product quality and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance product quality.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and new hires.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards in cleanroom environments.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the semiconductor or cleanroom industries.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom technologies.,Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, SEMI, and IEST.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on detail and accuracy.
