📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution network, including warehouses, delivery routes, and transportation partners.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.,Manage and mentor junior distribution officers to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.,Strong understanding of distribution network optimization and supply chain management principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using logistics and distribution management software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
