INSHI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is part of our luxury villa construction projects, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, cost control, and project management, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare accurate and detailed construction estimates and cost plans for luxury villa projects.,Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure that construction activities are in compliance with project specifications and schedules.,Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports to track project performance against budget.,Develop and maintain cost databases and cost control systems to support project planning and execution.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that project objectives are met.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators and quantity surveyors.,Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Prepare and submit tender documents and cost proposals to potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or a similar role.,Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely estimates for construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs.,Proficiency in using construction estimating software and cost control systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
