Shop Town Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a growing retail company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
