CV Property Putra Lestari is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate measurement, cost estimation, and financial management of our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial targets.,Conduct regular cost audits and prepare detailed cost reports.,Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide cost advice and support to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction costing principles and practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
