As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality dental supplies and equipment at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of dental supplies and equipment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the clinic's growth.,Provide procurement support to the clinic's operational departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with dental industry standards and regulations is a plus.
