📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals.,Manage and maintain operational records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.,Support the implementation of new operational processes and systems.,Monitor and improve operational performance metrics.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
