Cafe Citra Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As the lead cashier, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate service.,Handle all cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and deposits.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.,Train and mentor new staff members to maintain high service standards.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, if required.,Ensure a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
