Pacific Pharmaceutical is looking for a Lead Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and employees. As a Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for managing security operations, enforcing security policies, and responding to security incidents. This is a full-time position based in Pekanbaru.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate security risks.,Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.,Train and supervise junior security guards to ensure they adhere to security protocols.,Provide a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a security guard or in a related field.,Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
