📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analyses to determine hiring needs and job requirements.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong employer brand and market the company as an attractive workplace.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
