📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead the accounting team and provide guidance and support.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage vendor and customer accounts payable and receivable.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
