📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.,Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and production floor).,Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
