📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and resolve issues.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Provide operational support during peak periods or special projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
