📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or oil industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
