📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food preparation and cooking operations,Develop and implement menu items and specials,Manage and train kitchen staff,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation,Control inventory and purchasing of food supplies,Manage food costs and budgeting,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall restaurant strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software,Valid food handler's permit and relevant certifications
