📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our shipping services effectively.,Assist in negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
