Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and ensure availability of supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to overall restaurant strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
