📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and service.,Manage and mentor restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Assist in the development and execution of the restaurant's business plan.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and teams effectively.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
