This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the Logistics Manager in managing the logistics team and ensuring high performance standards.,Handle logistics-related inquiries and issues from internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in the development and implementation of new logistics processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.
