📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and maintaining a strong brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
