As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals for our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful and vibrant setting, while contributing to a high-quality dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.
  • Assist in special events and catering services when required.
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
