📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.,Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.,Assisting customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges.,Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.,Promoting our products and services to customers.,Working with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
