📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product distribution and promotion.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
