📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Implement and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications, providing timely solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to continuously improve our software development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications, ensuring they are scalable and performant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
