As a Finance Staff at Dwibina Prima, you will be part of a team that drives our financial strategy and ensures the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will work closely with our finance team to handle daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and record daily financial transactions using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support the finance team in preparing financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed
- Participate in financial meetings and provide insights and recommendations to the finance team
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with financial regulations and tax laws is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
