📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Maintain and inspect forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow warehouse procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in the training of new warehouse staff on forklift operation and safety procedures.
• Participate in regular safety drills and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid Forklift Operator certification (e.g., OSHA, SIA, or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, JDA, or equivalent).
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
